Back in 1999, while discovering Québec, Canada, we visited a place called Dao8eoli Tsonontwan, near Québec city, managed by Regent Sioui, a Huron elder of the Bear clan. By coincidence (or not?) Robert Seven Crows came to visit while we were there. Robert was magic....

KALM WAES Tackling challenging projects is in Rewi KALM WAES Tackling challenging projects is in Rewilding Drum's DNA.So, when Flemish TV asked us to help calm down the one and only Tom Waes, we immediately said, "Yes, of course!" But let's be honest, we also thought, "How on earth do you calm down Tom Waes?"For those unfamiliar, Tom Waes is a well-known Belgian TV host, director, actor, model, and occasional singer. Globally, he's most recognized for his role in the hit Netflix series Undercover.Tom himself believes that his latest show 'Kalm Waes" (translated: Calm Waes) helped him mellow out. His girlfriend even says she saw him transform into a different person. We like to think that Rewilding Drum had a wild hand in that change!We had an absolute blast filming with the crew from De Mensen —zero stress, a bit of work, and plenty of laughter. The only time we felt a bit freaked out? When that mammoth suddenly appeared in front of us!Thanks for including us in this wild ride! Now, how about we start planning for a #wildwaes sequel -- Abordar proyectos desafiantes forma parte del ADN de Rewilding Drum.Así que, cuando la televisión belga (flamenca) nos pidió que ayudáramos al inigualable personaje Tom Waes a encontrar la calma, inmediatamente dijimos: "¡Sí, por supuesto!" Aunque para serte sinceros también pensamos: "¿cómo diablos se calma a Tom Waes?"Para aquellos que no le conocen, Tom Waes es un famoso presentador de televisión, director, actor, modelo y cantante belga. A nivel internacional, es más reconocido por su papel en la exitosa serie de Netflix Undercover. Se trata de una persona que sufre de mucho estrés por llevar una vida muy intense.El propio Tom cree que su último programa "Kalm Waes" (traducido: Calma Waes) le ayudó a tranquilizarse. Su novia incluso dice que se ha transformado en una persona diferente. TOM WAES KOMT MEE REWILDENIn principe gaan Bert TOM WAES KOMT MEE REWILDENIn principe gaan Bert en ik geen uitdaging uit de weg.Maar toen de VRT (en de ploeg van De Mensen) het in hun hoofd haalden om one of a kind Tom Waes te e kalmeren en bij ons aanklopten met de vraag of wij daartoe konden bijdragen antwoordden we eerst onmiddellijk ‘ja natuurlijk’ en dachten we daarna toch even’ oh boy’!Tom beweert toch her en der dat het programma hem een tikje kalmer heeft gemaakt. Volgens zijn lief is hij zelfs als mens veranderd. Wij hopen er vanuit te mogen gaan dat we daar als Rewilding Drum een klein beetje hebben kunnen toe bijdragen.We hadden by the way een fantastische dag met de ganse De Mensen ploeg, een beetje gewerkt maar nog meer gelachen. Stress was nergens te bespeuren.
